As God as my witness he is broken in half! President Donald Trump just reimagined his participation in an actual WWE match at WrestleMania as one involving himself clotheslining a person with the “CNN” logo on his head. Of course, Trump was metaphorically trying to show his ability to take down CNN.

In his latest attack against the news network, Trump tweeted a video of himself at a WWE match bodyslamming a person whose head has been covered with a CNN logo. The clip was originally of Trump attacking WWE chief executive Vince McMahon.

Trump accompanied the video with the hashtags “#FraudNewsCNN” and “#FNN.” In response to Trump’s tweet, CNN posted a quote from Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders saying that “the president in no way, form or fashion has ever promoted or encouraged violence. If anything, quite the contrary.”

The footage comes from WrestleMania 23, which took place in 2007. McMahon and Trump sorta squared off in the “Battle of the Billionaires” at WrestleMania 23, a match that featured their handpicked representatives – Bobby Lashley and Umaga, respectively – fighting to protect the most famous manes in the business.

“Stone Cold” Steve Austin served as special guest referee for the fight. Shockingly, that led to conflict, as Austin doled out his devastating “Stone Cold Stunner” finisher to just about everybody in the ring including the future president of the United States.

Many cited Sanders’ recent claims about Trump following his personal attacks against Brzezinski: “The president in no way form or fashion has ever promoted or encouraged violence. If anything, quite the contrary, he was simply pushing back and defending himself.”

This latest tweet follows a headline-packed few days for Trump’s social media profile, starting with his attack of Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski Thursday morning, which has continued since, and his ongoing campaign against CNN, which he deemed “#FraudNewsCNN” on Saturday evening.

What did you think of Trump tweeting out the gif of himself taking down “CNN”? Do you find these tweets the making of the “modern day president”? Let us know in the comments section.
